About Me

Hi there, you finally found NEMO!

I am currently a doctoral student working as a research assistant at Kent State University.

My research interests are centered around human-technology interaction , computer-mediated communication ,and media psychology , particularly how emerging media technologies shape user behavior and how they can be leveraged to promote well-being, enhance learning experience, and mitigate inequities. Specifically, I am fascinated by the realms of online programs, social robots, and virtual reality. I am keen to explore in what ways can we design human interaction with these technologies to yield beneficial outcomes in societal contexts. Exploring the potential of technologies also explores the potential of myself.

Outside of lab, I love sports, especially basketball. I am a huge fan of Golden State Warriors. I also enjoy workouts in the gym and biking. How could I forget - I am a total dog person!
